Tsenta watches career pages across Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and 20+ more ATSes, and submits a tailored resume the moment a fitting role goes up.

I own the backend: the distributed worker infrastructure processing 200,000+ applications a day at 99%+ reliability, and the reverse-engineered ATS integrations that make it possible — most of these platforms have no public API, so the integrations are built from captured network traffic.

Also shipped the iOS and Android apps and the Chrome extension, which together cut time-per-application from 15 minutes to 30 seconds.
